Bosco Glamping Campsite Regulations
Welcome to Bosco Glamping! We're delighted you've chosen our place to relax. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, please familiarize yourself with the following rules.
§1 A few words about us and you
These Regulations define the rules for using the Bosco Glamping campsite at Modrzewek 53a, 97-320 Wolbórz (hereinafter "Glamping"), which is lovingly run by the Hosts – bosco.rest sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Czerniakowska 201/13, 00-436 Warszawa, NIP: 7011219740, REGON: 529467850.
By enjoying the charms of Glamping, you confirm that you have read and accept these Regulations. Thank you!
We created Glamping with adult Guests in mind. If you wish to visit with a person under 18 years of age (hereinafter "Minor"), please contact us in advance – such a visit is possible only with our individual consent. Minors must be under the constant supervision and sole responsibility of their adult legal guardians or persons authorized by them. Guardians are financially responsible for any mischief and damage caused by Minors, and for their safety on the Glamping grounds.
Safety is our priority. Due to the proximity of the forest (less than 100 meters), the use of open fire (e.g., bonfires, charcoal grills) is prohibited on the Glamping grounds. However, you can safely use gas grills, gas stoves, and electric cookers, especially those we have prepared for you in designated areas. Please be sensible and follow fire safety rules.
§2 Reservations and Payments
You can book your stay at our Glamping mainly online, through the system on our website or other platforms.
The prices for the stay are set individually and are always clearly stated during the online booking process. Prices include VAT.
The standard accommodation fee does not include the use of additional pleasures, such as tastings, workshops, etc., unless your offer states otherwise. The price list for additional services can be found on our website or you can ask us on-site.
If you decide to shorten your stay for reasons dependent on you, the fee for the unused time is, unfortunately, non-refundable.
The rules for canceling a reservation and any refund of prepayments are defined by our cancellation policy, available during the booking process.
§3 Your Stay
The accommodation day at the Glamping starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure. Let us know if you need different arrangements.
Upon arrival and before departure, please take a moment to complete the check-in formalities.
Please report any noticed faults and problems to us in person or by calling: +48 455 408 571 (Karolina). We will try to help as soon as possible.
We care about your safety, but we cannot be responsible for valuables left unattended in the tents/accommodation units or on the Glamping grounds. If you have something particularly valuable, let us know – you can leave such items in our deposit.
§4 Peace, Relaxation, and Order
For the comfort of all Guests, quiet hours are in effect at the Glamping from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 7:00 AM.
Regardless of the time, please avoid noise and behavior that could disturb other Guests. We want everyone to feel good here.
Please keep the tents you occupy, the area around them, and the common areas clean and tidy.
Help us care for the environment – please segregate waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers we have provided.
§5 Privacy
We respect the privacy of every Guest. Therefore, please do not photograph or film other people at the Glamping without their explicit, prior consent.
Our hot tub is a place of relaxation where nudity is permitted. When using it, please respect the privacy and comfort of others. In the SPA zone, we especially ask you to refrain from taking photos and filming.
For our mutual safety, a monitoring system is in operation on the Glamping grounds. The monitoring covers common areas. The cameras are positioned to ensure, as much as possible, maximum privacy in your relaxation zones.
We use the monitoring recordings solely for security purposes and may share them with the appropriate authorities if necessary and in accordance with the law. The administrator of your data from the monitoring is the Hosts. We are happy to provide more information on how we process personal data in connection with monitoring on-site.
§6 Use of the Glamping Facilities
Please use the tents/accommodation units, furniture, sanitary facilities, hot tub, and other elements of the Glamping infrastructure in accordance with their intended purpose and our instructions.
The equipment in the tents likes its place – please do not take it outside of them.
Using the hot tub is a pure pleasure, but also a responsibility. Please familiarize yourself with the separate rules for using the hot tub (available from us) and use it wisely, keeping in mind any potential health contraindications.
If you would like to bring your four-legged friend, please contact us in advance for our consent. If you receive it, remember that your pet should not disturb other Guests or pose a threat to them. Please also clean up after it.
§7 Liability
We strive to provide you with the best possible conditions, but we cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by force majeure, e.g., power outages or severe weather events.
In any case, our liability for non-performance or improper performance of the service cannot exceed the fee for the service. We are not liable for any other potential damages and inconveniences.
Each Guest is financially responsible for damages caused on the Glamping grounds – both to our property and to the property of other Guests – if they resulted from their fault, the fault of their visitors, accompanying Minors, or animals for which they are responsible. If damage is found, we will have to charge the Guest for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged items according to our valuation.
§8 Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
We reserve the right to change these Regulations. If we do so, we will inform you by publishing the new version on our website and making it available on-site.
In the event that a Guest flagrantly violates the provisions of these Regulations, we have the right to ask them to leave the Glamping, without a refund of the fees paid. However, we hope that such situations will not occur!
We will try to resolve any disputes amicably. However, if this is not successful, the competent court will be the court appropriate for our registered office, unless the law provides otherwise.
These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2025.
